| A | All original artwork is DUTY FREE (no import tax). |
| Q | How long will it take to receive my shipment? |
| A | Orders are filled and shipped 2-4 days after the order is placed. It takes an additional 1-3 business days for FedEx/DHL to deliver. When you order only posters or postcards, Parcel Post may be used at a cost of approximately US$10 and will take 7-10 days for delivery. |

| A | Lithographs and posters are rolled in a tube or packaged flat in cardboard and rope, depending on size and quantity. |
